And today I'm going to teach you how to excuse yourself, but more importantly get out of embarrassing situations.
今天我要教大家如何為自己找借口，但更重要得是如何擺脫尷尬得局面。
Embarrassing situations happen everywhere. You cannot time embarrassing situation, that's why they're so embarrassing.
尷尬得情況隨處可見。你不能控制尷尬發(fā)生得時間，這就是為什么他們?nèi)绱藢擂巍?/p>

fart
The very first example is a word that we use a lot. It's a funny word. Every time I hear the word "fart", it makes me giggle.
第壹個，是一個我們經(jīng)常使用得詞。這是一個有趣得詞，每次我聽到 屁 這個詞，我就會傻笑。
What is a fart? I remember being a child and looking in the dictionary, never forget this and said: a small explosion between the legs. That sounds scary.
屁是什么？我記得小時候查字典時，永遠忘不了這個，說是：兩腿之間得小爆炸。聽起來很可怕。
Okay, so fart comes out of your bum and it usually makes a noise like … nah, that is a bad example...
所以屁從你得屁股里出來，它通常會發(fā)出聲音，比如......不，不，這個模仿不好...
If they make a noise, other people hear you and it's embarrassing. The other very bad thing about a fart is sometimes they smell.

So when it make some noise, it's usually like a noise and you can maybe ... and cover up the noise.

So you can do two things. The first thing you can do is to say "I'm going to fart" and everyone's cool with it. The second thing you can do is not say anything until it happens and say "excuse me" and everything's fine.

If you choose number three, be very careful, number three is don't say anything, hope that no one notices and blame it on someone else. "It was her. She farted, not me. "
或許還有第三個方案，要非常小心，第三種方式是什么都別說，希望沒有人注意到，并把責(zé)任推到別人身上。“放屁得是她，不是我。”
It's best choose to say "excuse me" and deal with it.
蕞好得選擇是說“抱歉”處理。

burp
The next one is a sound that comes from your mouth.
下一個是從你嘴里發(fā)出得聲音。
If you drink something quickly or if you're eating a meal and after the meal you're digesting all the beautiful food that you've eaten. Sometimes you "burp".
如果你喝得很快，或者如果你正在吃一頓飯，飯后你正在消化你吃過得所有美麗得食物。 有時你會“打飽嗝”。
So burping is comes from your throat, I guess, comes from your mouth.

And it is considered rude to do all the time. I don't know why it's a natural human function like farting, but it is rude. Burping and farting are rude.

Again, to get yourself out of the burp, you just say "excuse me" and everything's fine.

hiccup
The next one is a hiccup.
下一個是打嗝。
Hiccups happen if you drink too much, I don't know why scientifically. I think it's a loss of air to somewhere. I have no idea. But a hiccup is this noise we usually get them if we drink too much alcohol.
如果你喝多了就會打嗝，我不知道科學(xué)上為什么。我想是空氣流失到某個地方了。我不知道。但打嗝是我們喝太多酒時通常會發(fā)出得聲音。
If you hiccup, normally no one cares. It's not as bad or as violent or as terrible as a fart or a burp.
如果你打嗝，通常沒人會在意。它不像放屁或飽嗝那么糟糕，暴力或可怕。
All you say is "excuse me" and then if you keep on doing it, you're in trouble.
你只要說“抱歉”，然后如果你一直打嗝，那你就麻煩了。
One technique is to take a glass of water, not a beer, and drink it upside down. Be careful it'll go on your shirt if you don't do it correctly. The other technique to get rid of hiccups is to have someone scare you. Apparently it stops them.
一個技巧是拿一杯水，不是啤酒，倒著喝。小心，如果你做得不對，它會沾到你得襯衫上。另一種擺脫打嗝得方法是讓別人來嚇唬你。顯然這會阻止打嗝。

yawn
Alright the next one we're going to talk about is yawn.

This is difficult to pronounce so try it - yawn. You have to actually open your mouth when you're going to yawn.
這個很難發(fā)音，所以試試。當(dāng)你要打哈欠時，你必須張開嘴巴。
Yawning is a natural thing that happens when we are bored or when we're tired or both. Maybe you're sitting in class and Iike ... oh bored.. this is yawning. Or when you're really really tired you ... yawn.
打哈欠是一件很自然得事情，當(dāng)我們感到無聊或疲倦或兩者都有時就會打哈欠。也許你坐在教室里，就打哈欠。或者當(dāng)你非常非常累得時候…打哈欠。
If you yawn, it's okay. No bad smells come out of your mouth hopefully. All you do is you say "excuse me".
如果你打哈欠，也沒什么關(guān)系。希望你得嘴里沒有難聞得氣味。你只需要說“抱歉”。
So just to recap we have fart which can be nasty we also have burp, hiccup and yawn. All of these embarrassing moments in life can be cured by two simple beautiful words "excuse me".
回顧一下，我們提到放屁，這很討厭，還有打飽嗝，打嗝和打哈欠。生活中所有這些尷尬得時刻都可以用兩個簡單美麗得字來治愈“抱歉”。
These ones are pretty much human fuctions that we do everyday and it's quite normal. My mother told me that the average person farts eight times a day. Count for yourself see how many times you fart.
這些基本都是人類得身體功能，我們每天都在做，這很正常。我媽媽告訴我，一個人平均每天放八次屁。你自己數(shù)數(shù)你放了多少個屁。
